Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between SIM & Company LLP, doing business as Styled in Motion (“Styled in Motion,” “we,” or “us”), and you, the creator. It sets out the terms on which you use Styled in Motion to build looks, create shoppable content, and earn affiliate commissions. By checking “I agree” when you create your account — or by signing a copy of this Agreement — you accept these terms.

1. The relationship

You are an independent creator, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Styled in Motion. Nothing here creates an employment or exclusivity relationship. You decide what you post and when, and you are free to work with other platforms and brands.

2. Your account and eligibility

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement.

3. Your content and the license you grant us

You own the photos, outfits, looks, collages, and other content you create and upload (“Your Content”). We do not claim ownership of it.

You grant Styled in Motion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt (for example, generating cutouts and collages), and distribute Your Content across Styled in Motion’s apps and websites and, where you choose to share, on connected platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. This license exists so we can operate the service and show your looks. It ends when you remove the content or close your account, except for copies already shared publicly by you or reasonably retained in backups.

You confirm that you own or have the rights to Your Content and the items shown in it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

4. Affiliate links and commissions

Styled in Motion converts the merchant product links in your looks into affiliate tracking links across the affiliate networks we work with. When a purchase is attributed to your content, a commission may be earned.

Commissions are shared between you and Styled in Motion according to the revenue-share terms shown in your Creator dashboard and any applicable schedule we make available to you, as updated from time to time. Where you connect your own affiliate or creator account (for example, a TikTok Shop Creator account or an Amazon tracking ID), commissions may be paid directly to your account under that platform’s terms. Payments follow the schedule and method described in your dashboard and are subject to each network’s reporting, holdbacks, returns, and minimum-payout rules.

5. Your responsibilities

Only post content you own or have the rights to use. Disclose affiliate and sponsored relationships honestly and follow applicable advertising rules (for example, FTC disclosure guidelines). Follow the rules of any third-party platform where you share your content. Don’t post anything unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful.

6. Third-party platforms (including TikTok Shop)

Where you connect a third-party platform to Styled in Motion, you authorize us to act on your behalf to the extent needed to generate affiliate links, sync your catalog and orders, and — where you enable it — publish shoppable content you create. You remain responsible for maintaining your own eligibility and good standing on those platforms. Each platform’s own terms continue to govern your relationship with it.

7. Term and termination

This Agreement starts when you accept it and continues until either you or Styled in Motion ends it. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach this Agreement or a platform’s rules. Commissions properly earned before termination remain payable under the applicable network’s terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Styled in Motion is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee any particular level of earnings, traffic, or sales. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to this Agreement is limited to the commissions payable to you in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Acceptance

You accept this Agreement by checking “I agree to the Creator Agreement” when you create or update your Styled in Motion account, or by signing a copy. Your electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature, and we keep a record of the version accepted and the date.
